EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 001-10


REVISED GUIDELINES GOVERNING PAG-ASA YOUTH ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, AT THE MAGUINDANAO PROVINCE

1. Consistent with provision of the PYAP, Inc. Constitution and By-Laws, Maguindanao PAG-ASA Youth Association of PYAP Provincial Federation in Maguindanao Province hereby issue the revised guidelines (Copy Enclosed) on PYAP, Provincial and Municipal / Barangay Federations to make those associations more responsive to the demands of the present time.

2. The guidelines shall serve as the primary and guiding parameters in the conduct of all PYAP based activities particularly in Maguindanao Province.

3. The Regional and Provincial Federation Office shall keep a registry of PYAP / Accredited / recognized by the DSWD and submit a consolidated list to the Office of the DSWD Regional Secretary for Regional Operations (Attention Municipal and Barangay Secretaries) not letter than two months after the opening of every fiscal year.

4. All provisions memorandum, orders circular and / or guidelines in-consistences with this order are deemed amended and superseded.

5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this order is directed.
